For landscape business cards your file should measure 91 x 61mm, this includes 3mm bleed. The finished card will be trimmed to 85 x 55mm.
Sizes for other items, and a helpful animation explaining bleed can be found here: File Preparation Tutorial
Your file should not contain any cutting/trim marks, printers marks or similar as these will be printed on your cards.
If possible, your file should be created in CMYK colour format to ensure the most accurate colour reproduction. We can accept RGB files, but there is a risk that some of the colours may not print exactly as they appear on your screen.
If you have an area of solid black within your document, 100% black (K) alone will not result in a solid, saturated black. Instead, please use Rich Black, as represented by C:100% / M:30% / Y:30% / K:100%.
Files should have been saved in the following manor - File > Publish To > PDF.
In the following window select the Objects Tab. On the right hand side are the compression options, set the type to JPEG and the Quality factor to High quality (2). Finally go to the Advanced tab, set the Output all objects as to CMYK, ensure the option Optimise for Web is unchecked and press OK.
.WP files cannot be uploaded and should be re-saved as detailed above.
