Acrobat Distiller users can download our job options file here, by right clicking on the link then 'save target as'.
For other applications, when saving your PDF file please ensure all images are high resolution, file sizes, bleeds and margins should be as our general instructions here, and all fonts should be embedded and files should contain no transparency.
Type 0 fonts should not be used. Fonts should be Type 1, Truetype or Opentype.
Please ensure your PDF file contains no trim marks or they will be printed on your order.
Filenames should be kept short, maximum of 13 characters, and should contain no 'special' characters like * / - " : % etc...
