Don't know how your artwork was created?
Firstly, does your file have a 'file extension?' This is the 3 or 4 letters that appear at the end of the file name after the 'dot'. It will tell you what sort of file you have.
Goodprint only accepts .eps, .jpg or jpeg, .tif or tiff and .pdf files for upload. If your file has one of these extensions, but you are unable to open it yourself to check it, you can send it to us using the form below and we can check it for you, and upload it into a basket that we will email back to you ready to order. If the person that created your artwork has supplied you with a file that has a different extension at the end you will need to ask them to resave it for you in one of the acceptable formats. You will also need to ask them to look at our instructions to ensure they format the file correctly.
If for any reason this is not possible, we may be able to help. Please submit your file(s) using the form below and giving any relevant information.
Please note: We are not able to redesign, amend or design your artwork for you, this is purely a file conversion service.
