1. Can you send me an invoice?Top

An electronic invoice is generated when you place an order. Please print this off if you require a VAT invoice. We cannot issue hard copies.

2. Do prices include VAT?Top

No, VAT will be added at 17.5% at the payment page.

3. Do you accept cheques?Top

Payment is by Credit or Debit card only, unfortunately we cannot accept cheques or postal orders due to our online payment system.

4. How do I verify my credit card details?Top

How do I verify my credit card details? To ensure your details are not being used by an unauthorized person we have additional checks to verfiy your Card details. These checks include your card verification code and issue number depending on the type of card you use.

Visa and Master Card


For Mastercard and Visa, look on the back of the card for a 3 digit code on the signature strip. It will be either after the full customer account number or after the last 4 digits of the customer account number.




American Express


If you have an American Express card, look for the 4 digit code above your account number on the front of the card.



Switch/Maestro/Solo


If you are using a Switch, Maestro or Solo card, enter the issue number (from 1 to 12) and the start date MM/YY (e.g. 12/00).



5. How do you ensure my details are kept secure?Top

To give you an additional layer of security, all credit card numbers are stored on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. This computer is not accessible by network or modem and the number is not stored anywhere else.

6. My card keeps being rejected, but there's nothing wrong with it?Top

The most common reason that card payments are rejected is that "one or more fields contains invalid data".

This actually means that, for example, you have entered an issue number when one is not required (Issue numbers are NOT required for VISA and Mastercard - only for Switch.Maestro/Solo).

Check that you have entered ONLY the details that are needed for the type of card you are using, that usually sorts the problem.

7. What does the total cost of the transaction include?Top

All printing costs, postage & packing, standard delivery and VAT.

8. What type of payment cards do you accept?Top

We accept Visa and Visa Electron, Delta, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, American Express and Solo.

9. Why have you charged my card before despatching my goods?Top

Your payment is processed at the time your order is placed. As the items ordered are bespoke to our customers they cannot be resold if payment should fail for any reason, therefore payment has to be secured before the goods are produced.
