| 1. Can I order a proof? | | Top

We are unable to supply proofs, except for our excellent online preview which is generated from your artwork at the time you click the 'preview' button.

| 2. Can I order more than one card at the same time? | | Top
|
Yes, you can. You can add your first card to the shopping basket, then click on 'matching cards' to duplicate the card and amend the details for the next person. When you have finished, add it to the basket, you will then see both cards for ordering.

| 3. Can I place my order by phone or post? | | Top
|
All orders need to be placed online so that we receive your artwork file and payment.

| 4. How do I re-order? | | Top
|
All orders are saved on our system and are available for re-ordering at any time.
Amendments
If you have ordered from one of our design templates, then amendments can be made before processing a new order by using our edit feature under the preview. Files that have been uploaded will need re-uploading if amendments need to be made to them.

Tracking numbers are case sensitive, please use uppercase letters where required.

| 5. My card keeps being rejected, but there's nothing wrong with it? | | Top
|
The most common reason that card payments are rejected is that "one or more fields contains invalid data".
This actually means that, for example, you have entered an issue number when one is not required (Issue numbers are NOT required for VISA and Mastercard - only for Switch / Maestro / Solo).
Check that you have entered ONLY the details that are needed for the type of card you are using, that usually sorts put the problem.

| 6. My order is not complete, what should I do? | | Top

If you have received your order and you believe it is not complete, refer to your shipment notification to check if all items have been despatched together. Email us with details of what is missing click here.

| 7. What if I'm not happy with my order? | | Top
|
If you are not delighted with your business cards, and the fault is ours, simply return them and we will refund the FULL item price and shipping too!
We can only print items with the details that you input, so we cannot take responsibility for spelling errors. If you're not happy with your order for some other reason, then please contact us and we will look into your query and respond as soon as possible.

| 8. What if I've made a mistake or want to cancel my order? | | Top

We apologise if this is the case but our ordering system is fully automated and we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed.

| 9. Where can I find your file preparation instructions? | | Top

You can find the file preperation for each software program to the right of the page, however our general instructions can be found here

| 10. Where can I get my tracking number? | | Top
|
Tracking numbers for previous orders are on the confirmation email you received when placed the order.
If you have forgotten your tracking number you can retrieve it using the email address you specified for the order. Click here to find your previous orders.

| 11. Can I design my card and return later to order? | | Top
|
Once you have designed and previewed your card there is an option to email the design to yourself or someone of choice. The design will stay active for approximately 72 hours (3 days).
